Good drive - works well.
I recently replaced an old HDD in a laptop with this SSD, and the difference has been night and day. After cloning the data and rebooting, the system boot speed improved dramatically. Everyday performance feels snappier and far more responsive. It really goes to show how much of an upgrade a solid-state drive can be — and when paired with an extra RAM module, the overall performance boost is well worth it.

Good SSD and reasonable too
This is a reliable budget SSD that you want to give a shot. I replaced the HDD with the SSD in my Acer ES1-531 and the laptop's speed improved significantly.

Mushkin 500gb SSD
Great quality. I purchased this as a secondary ssd for my PC. The first one, which is the 250gb version, is still going strong after five years. This will be a big upgrade if you are still using the old school HDD.
