Great but a little slow on large writes
Works exactly as expected. The drive is a little slow due to the USB interface and SMB drive but you'll only notice that if you dump more than 500gb onto it in one go. Unfortunately the USB interface does not allow the reading of SMART data so keeping track of drive health is going to be a bit hit and miss. Overall this works well and was well worth the price paid. Hopefully it holds up for a few years.
