Thumbs up for hardware
Got it with 4X EXOS 4TB drives, 32gb ram and a pair of NVMEs for caching. Ugreen OS is "ok" and simple for very basic requirements. Had hassles when I was testing performance tho and gave up trying to troubleshoot it... Installed Truenas scale (community edition) on a new nvme boot drive (replaced the original) and all troubles disappeared - excellent performance on default settings without any tinkering. Rumour is that there is a new upgraded version coming but honestly, I'd still buy this again for its simplicity of hardware vs building my own. 3* if using Ugreen OS, 5* for Truenas upgrade.

Very simple to configure and copy files around. It is a very practical NAS and good value for money. The UGreen OS is simple to use and lost of improvements have been made since first release.
