My first ever monitor
SO, after watching numerous YouTube videos and consulting with ChatGPT trying to find out which monitor I should purchase, this one came highly recommended from Wootware. I got it on sale and my purchase arrived a day earlier than expected which is one of the things I'm most pleased about (Takealot has competition ;)). My purchase came in a box which was properly sealed and all the components that I had seen in the mentioned YouTube videos were included in the box as well...everything brand new :). I'm quite pleased with this monitor and I'm using it right now as I'm typing this review. Thank you Wootware!!

Fantastic Monitor
got this with a 5070ti in an AM4 cpu existing setup and the monitor feels premium, is amazingly smooth and responsive. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and Wootware's price was the best I could find. Bring on 1440p gaming

excellent product, minus the HDR
Since the beginning, I was on 60hz 1080x1920p, now getting this monitor, seeing x3 the framerate is inducing a little bit of motion sickness lol, absolutely worth it though. Despite what the other person said and the advertising of the product, the HDR is not so... good, true HDR has Full Array Local Dimming (FALD) with a lot of dimming zones, or ideally an OLED, and they are typically HDR1000 with that kind of spec. Despite that, the feature set is quite good, the monitor's height and rotation is easy to adjust if need be, and the VESA AdaptiveSync spec is also great since I might eventually switch over to AMD GPUs since I'm on linux.

Excellent monitor takes a bit of setting up to your personal preference, HDR is perfect, response times are great works well on Xbox series X supporting 120fps modes and 4k settings. colour quality is vibrant and text clear. money well spent Thank you
